Maryann Heinzen

"Watermarks"

“A selection of watercolors created on location, plein air and in the studio. Exploring a variety of coastal and inland nooks, crannies and sweeping views using the medium of transparent watercolor. The technique is wet into wet, with strong, juicy color, letting the watercolors blend and merge as only watercolors can do.

Each piece is original and unique, attempting to capture the mood and light of the day.“
