James Murdock
James L Murdock is a lifelong artist and maker. After earning a BFA from Swain school of design, he came to Midcoast Maine to study wooden boat building at the Rockport apprentice shop. He has been self-employed for decades, creating houses, boats, fine furniture and cabinetry. James now spends his time producing sculpture and paintings in his Thomaston Forge.
